Here are a few pictures of our carpet installation today. The downstairs is done, as well as the stairs themselves. They will do all three bedrooms tomorrow. It looks so “bright” and “shiny” and smells like a new car. Oh, so soft and plush and wonderful!
This is our front room – which will actually have furniture in it on Saturday.

After baking 2 cakes, and 3 batches of rice krispy treats in the last 3 days – I’m really really tired.
This is a big week for us – we’re getting our carpet installed and we are getting our new furniture. Hubby has finished all of the painting and is a bit stressed out about the carpeting (specifically packing everything up so the installers can move the furniture.) I’m sure everything will go just fine.
However, tonight, I’m beat.
I think that I’ll just relax – cause I have to get up early tomorrow to go to work… Ugh….
